I don't know where in the world Ms. York gets her ideas, but her hero's problem in this one is a really unique winner. I don't want to give away the plot, but (especially as a cat lover) I was surprised and delighted by her hero's imaginative "affliction". She manages to keep this one almost as un-put-down-able as her werewolf books, even though she has less room here to develop the story and characters. If you like her werewolf books, you definitely need to give this one a try!
