Darkseed have a sound in many ways similar to Rammstein, however they sing in English and tend to be a lot more gothic and atmospheric than the latter. They manage very successfully to expand the death metal envelope into new areas, permeated by a genuine romanticism.Less industrial than Rammstein, sometimes they also have hints of Depeche Mode and early Paradise Lost. All these are blended into a unique and innovative metal, yes metal, concoction.
