Much in the same fashion of his other spellers, Mr. Trocki again presents lessons on the troublesome subject. In the fourth grade edition, the children are presented with 20 words to learn each lesson. The words seem to be entirely appropriate for the age.

I am a homeschool mom with a child who struggles with reading and spelling. This book has really helped my child with reading and spelling. I love it and would recommend it to anyone home schooling their child.

Like any good spelling program should do, this one teaches spelling in word families and helps my kids understand phonics better. Their reading and writing are both much improved from using this program. They are much more confident when they read and write, including my daughter who has dyslexia.

I like the books, I am currently homeschooling my two older children with these books. My 7 year old likes the books and uses them with ease he is finishing up book B and ready to move into book C. My nine year old is in book C and finishing up to move into book D. The only thing that I find that I haven't been consistent on is one of the most important things: memorization of the pep talk rules. This is crucial because it aids in the child learning experience on how to spell and read. When they memorize the rules they can easily break words down and pronounce them.

I will be using this series of books until I finish homeschooling (God willing).
