We love to hike. This is the only stuff that stays where you put it without wadding up and causing blisters and sore spots.

I've used Spenco Adhesive Knit for years. I love these sheets. I pre-cut them into small pieces the size I need, then I have a ready-to-go blister prevention kit. I put it on before a hike and take some with me in case my friends need some for their hot spots. The Spenco material is thin and stays put. It stands up to all day wear and hangs on in water pretty well too.

This product is perfect for my use - covering sensitive skin areas on the bottom of my feet when I walk 15 or 20 miles. The price was lower than I could find anywhere else, shipping was fast, and the kit did NOT contain extra items that I don't use. I'll buy this again when my supply gets low!

i ran a half marathon and needed something to help protect my feet from blisters. these adhesive knits did the job. not only do they stay in place, but they are elastic so you can wrap and stretch them around to fit different parts. i highly recommend.

These 2nd Skin adhesive knit strips worked out perfectly for what I wanted them for. I cut them to size to put in the back of my shoes so they didn't slip up and down. The usual slip grips you purchase for doing this have a padded bumper in them which make your shoes too tight. This Adhesive strip which is thinner than moleskin was just perfect and didn't cause my feet to be cramped in the shoe.

I'm so pleased to have more on hand for future use.
