I've been using this product for several years, and it is fabulous. The adhesive bandages are the only blister dressings I have ever used (and I have tried them all) that stay on no matter what I do. They even stay on when wet (great under scuba fins). I do karate in bare feet, and sometimes get blisters on my feet. I stick on some second skin and a blister bandage, and I'm pain free and ready to go. No matter how much I slide across the floor, no matter how much I sweat, the dressing stays on. As much as it stays on, it is also easy to take off when I'm ready. I love this product and don't know why it is not in every drug store.

Used this today at the gym to cover a healing blister, did my usual morning run and was quite impressed that it hadn't budged one bit. Works TONS better than a regular band-aid which slips off and hurts the blister more. Awesome product, wish I would've found it sooner!

I was introduced to 2nd skin about 25 years ago in high school sports. I'm a runner and recently had big issues with blisters that I couldn't get to heal up and go away. I finally found the 2nd skin blister kit and it totally lived up to what I remembered!!! However, there isn't enough in a box. I've since ordered the jar of 200 squares of 2nd Skin and am using vet wrap and athletic tape to keep it in place. It's working wonderfully!!!

I started walking after a long period of inactivity and instantly got blisters on the back of my heels. I first purchased the target brand blister ban aids and they balled up in my sock half way through my walk. Next, purchased the ban-aid version and same thing. Then I ordered this and the spenco version of the first two. This is the only one that stays on! 3 days to be exact, and even then I took it off, not it coming off on its' own. I love this product. DO NOT waste your money on anything else.

This blister kit works very well. Both myself and daughter have used this product. The kit offers great comfort while running or playing soccer.

This is a great starter kit to try what I think are some of the best bandaging materials out there. I am in my second year of training for a 50-mile walk (all in three days), and these products are some of the few that hold up to that length on my feet. I use them for both preventative bandaging and to protect blisters that I do get and love them for both. I've moved on and just order the pieces individually now in larger quantities, but this is a great way to try them all out ahead of time to see if you like them!

My family is very active, and we've been using 2nd Skin for over ten years. It stayed on -- using athletic tape -- with every sport from cross country running, soccer, baseball, rugby, track & field, ocean swimming, surfing, mountain biking, hiking, sea kayaking whether wet or dry. Then when our kids left for university, it sat in the sports closet for 3 years ...

Recently, when a 2" blister tore off on my heel during a Yosemite hike, I whipped out my old box of 2nd Skin. It was perfectly moist. The 3-year stint in the closet hadn't dried it out. I applied it to my raw heel. Instant relief! It stayed on. I finished the Half Dome Cables!

The directions say to change daily, but I didn't. Neither did my husband or kids over the years when they used it. My daily shower may have helped keep the 2nd Skin moist on my heel. When it dried out on my heel, I did moisten it, and it would feel better. 5 days later I peeled off 2nd Skin. My raw heel was nicely healed. During that time I had stayed active with trail running and mountain biking. The 2nd Skin felt ... like it was a part of me, a part that didn't hurt.

This amazing blister healer is a keeper and worth every penny!

I never suffered from blisters until I bought a pair of really great Teva sandals. I'm unwilling to give these sandals up just because they cause me to have blisters on the 2nd day of consecutive wear. That's why I bought a Spenco 2nd Skin Blister Kit, and boy am I glad I did! What a relief to have a blister pad that actually stays put once applied. Dampness and excessive rubbing withstand these "stay put" pads!

Do your feet a favor and get this kit!

This is better than most blister kits, since the felt sticky-tape is nice and thin. There's also separate padding, in case you want to add it (we never do) - but it's nice that it's separate. There's also a moist pad in a ziplock bag. Not sure what that's for, and we never used it.

The glue on the tape is super-strong, which is nice because it won't come off when you don't want it to. It's got a downside, though - after you peel off the tape there will be a residue on your skin that lasts for literally weeks, maybe even a month. That happened to both me and my wife - we still have black-edged squares on the backs of our ankles from where the tape used to be. We still like the product, though.
