I love these inserts. I am overweight and stand on my feet a lot and I have tried many gel inserts but these are great because they actually give support and cushions the heel keeping me aligned with no heal or knee pain. I actually wear a size 8 1/2 wide but I get a 9 regular shoe and buy the size 8 insole and it does not need any trimming and fits great in my shoe.

A friend recommended these insoles, and swore she could feel the difference. I had my doubts, but figured since they didn't cost much more than other insoles, I might as well try them. Well, she was right. As I run and my heel strikes the ground, I can feel the difference in the way my foot rolls. They haven't cured my knee and hip problems... no mere insole can fix what ails those joints... but they do seem to alleviate them.

I recently purchased Merrell sandals with these q-factor soles. I was bothered with Sciatica from my hip to my knee. After wearing these I have no pain at all. I bought these insoles to put in my steel toe work shoes, no pain anymore. I also recently purchased a pair of athletic shoes with these soles and absolutely love them. After spending lots of time and money at a chiropractor with only a bit of relief, I can't believe there could be anything so wonderful. It has been almost a year that I suffered with the agony. Would recommend anyone with leg or back pain to give these a try.
