5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product!
I love these inserts. I am overweight and stand on my feet a lot and I have tried many gel inserts but these are great because they actually give support and cushions the heel keeping me aligned with no heal or knee pain. I actually wear a size 8 1/2 wide but I get a 9 regular shoe and buy the size 8 insole and it does not need any trimming and fits great in my shoe.

3.0 out of 5 stars Run large & are thick
I wear a size 8 shoe, and these inserts labelled for size 7-8 still were a tad bit big, so keep that in mind when ordering, definately size down. Also, they are thicker than plain shoe inserts, these are molded and have a firm shape, so they definately will create a tighter fit in your shoe, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, fit the purpose I purchased them for, added...

5.0 out of 5 stars Q-factor insoles for women, January 2, 2008

This review is from: Spenco for Her Q Factor Cushion, Women's 7-8 (Health and Beauty)
A friend recommended these insoles, and swore she could feel the difference. I had my doubts, but figured since they didn't cost much more than other insoles, I might as well try them. Well, she was right. As I run and my heel strikes the ground, I can feel the difference in the way my foot rolls. They haven't cured my knee and hip problems... no mere insole can fix what ails those joints... but they do seem to alleviate them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing product, August 18, 2009

I recently purchased Merrell sandals with these q-factor soles. I was bothered with Sciatica from my hip to my knee. After wearing these I have no pain at all. I bought these insoles to put in my steel toe work shoes, no pain anymore. I also recently purchased a pair of athletic shoes with these soles and absolutely love them. After spending lots of time and money at a chiropractor with only a bit of relief, I can't believe there could be anything so wonderful. It has been almost a year that I suffered with the agony. Would recommend anyone with leg or back pain to give these a try.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is my second pair, February 7, 2010

After tring the first one, I became a long life customer of these inserts. The other ones were puprple instead of blue and I still do not see what the difference is.

The review will be just teh same so do not bother looking for the other one. I will write it down as follows:

As an introduction, I would like to mention I suffer from Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Normal walking has been extremely tiring, going to the grocery store a great challenge and pushing the groceries cart impossible. I always challenged myself and tried but I always ended up walking in pain to the front door to pick an electric car... I am only 42 year old!!!

Besides all the medical advice I observed myself and I realized that my highly expensive cushioning shoes were not helping: There was so much movement among my feet bones that my feet were in constant pain. I changed the inserts in alas to provide less movement. The surprise is that the rest of my body got the benefit from it. I notice I can walk longer distances without getting tired. The pain in my legs and lower back is reduced notoriously after walking. Fatigue doesn't reach me so early during daytime. I can't believe I can go to the grocery store and even push the cart by myself. I bought more pairs for the rest of my shoes so I do not have to change them and, of course, to avoid bad odors.

3.0 out of 5 stars Sizes run large., May 27, 2008
The insoles are soft pillows that cushion your feet as you walk. They are a great relief to anyone who wants more support than the shoe can provide. My only problem is that I am pretty consistantly a size 8 or 39 in European sizes, so I got the size 8 but they don't fit into all of my shoes, they are a little long and wide.

But in general, happy with my purchase.

This is one of 6 pairs of insoles I've ordered. They do offer nice support. I have wide feet, arch problems and metatarsal pain. I actually find that the heel cushion is a little uncomfortable, almost as though I can feel the exact insert in the heel, and it hurts a bit. That said, I had a pair of Clarks, which I'd worn for a long day of shopping, and the soles of my feet were killing me, and rather swollen after several hours. With these insoles in, shopping in the same darn mall (I'm not really a "shopping" girl), I did notice a DEFINITE improvement. These are worth a try. I'll post reviews on the other insoles once I can really make a serious comparison.

I love these insoles! I put them in all my casual shoes and walking sneakers. They are a great alternative to the crazy expensive Superfeet (though I do use superfeet in my running shoes and think they work very well).

4.0 out of 5 stars Q factor, July 3, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Prior to purchasing the insoles, I read the reviews and many customers said that they are at least 1 size too big. I have size6 shoes (but actually 5.5 size feet), and got the size 5-6 because it was the smallest size available. The insoles looked much larger than "size 6," but they actually fit perfectly in my size 6 sneakers and felt fine when I wore them for 12+ hrs at work on my feet. I have really high arches and overpronate, and they gave me great support --- it was well worth it for the price.

3.0 out of 5 stars Too big, April 22, 2011

Should have listened to other reviewers. Too big for shoes size 71/2-8 and with a high arch too tight on top of any sneaker in my size. Was afraid to buy smaller size as the arch support needed might fall in the wrong spot. I will save these and use in UGGS next winter which have little support. I just bought sneakers with best arch support I could find instead.
