Hollis Elisabeth's Spending Scarlet combines virtuosic violin performance with a fusion of musical styles, ranging from middle eastern to classical. The EP starts out with the slow and sultry "Satlada" before moving on to the energetic "Spending Scarlet", which is based on the same musical motif.
