I ordered these for my daughter for school. They arrived quick enough, but when I opened the box, I found the shoes were USED! The leather was scratched, the soles were dirty and worn, and the sides of the shoes had black rub marks on them. Customer service assured my they would make things right. Seems like Bealls was trying to pull a fast one on me! Pretty sure I've made my last purchase from them.
