Product Description

Our Rye product has a brown thatch for a more natural look. Ideal yard landscape turf. Polyethelene backing and all-weather rated. Can I install synthetic turf on my own? Yes. Our synthetic turf is made for the average person in mind to be able to do-it-yourself. Small pre-cut rolls come with instructions and hardware. You can also have a local landscaper install it for you. Prices for installation vary from installer to installer but usually range between 2-10 per square foot. What do I do if I decide to add on additional turf to what I installed? Sphere Turf landscape products can be seamed together. You can seam any of the products with the Golf product for a fringe area. Always make sure you lay the turf with the grains going the same direction. Does synthetic turf save me money? Yes. With a synthetic grass lawn, you eliminate the need to mow, fertilize, water, pick weeds or use pesticides on your year round green grass. A lot of areas are also offering rebates to replace your natural grass - check with your local water authorities. Can my dog tear it up? If your dog tears up your natural turf and loves to dig, there is always a possibility they will tear up any turf you put down. How do I clean up after my dog? As you would on natural turf. Pick up the droppings and wash the blades off. What will I need to buy in addition to the turf? We recommend a sub-base material such as crushed granite no larger than 1/4-inch, infill and possibly extra spikes if necessary. What is infill and do I need infill put in my synthetic turf? Infill is usually a silica sand or rubber material you put in between the blades of the turf - usually about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch - to help the blades stand up, help provide a cushion effect, protect your turf and help lessen temperatures in the summer time. You don't have to use infill, but we highly recommend it to help your turf look the most natural and to get the most out of your turf.

Got this for indoor use and it has worked out very well. Low maintenance, realistic looking, odor-free. Really everything you could ever want from fake grass you bought on the internet. Really.
