Another guitarist that likes neck arobics instead of musik. Yes he is fast ( who isn't these days ), but he has nothing to say musicaly. The production is dreadful and the drum machine has one of the most horrid drum sounds in my extensive collection. The songs are meaningless and are nothing more than vehicles for more noodling with only snippets of melodie coming through. The sound is messy and the whole cd has not got a single highlight that would suggest better things may on the horizon. There are so many better offerings in this genre as to render this cd superfluous.

Guitar Rock Straight Up,
By A Customer
This review is from: Spider Dance (Audio CD)
This is a fun CD to listen to in the car with the windows wide open on a long drive. It constantly surprises you, changing between bluesy rifts and straight rock. Some songs are hard-edged, metallic rockers like Carbon Based and others are more melodic or bluesy like Blues Lament. It's a CD that grows on you with every listen.

Spider Dance Rocks, Classic in the making!,

I purchased this CD a while ago, and listen to it on a regular basis. The CD really rocks, the melodies are complex and well integrated in a hard rock framework. I think Ballurio's guitar work is very good, and he doesn't resort to a bunch of stupid guitar tricks! I look forward to future stuff from this guy!!! Thumbs up!
