Fun:
The game is not overly hard in normal. Loved playing the different spider mans, each with their own abilities. Did not take a long time to beat like the other ones. Do not have to spend time web slinging looking for the next challenge. Autosave is very generous on starting over.

I got this game for my 12 birthday.I had seen reviews and knew what was coming and it did not disappoint.
Good:At first the graphics.If you have seen the walk through on the internet then you are aware that the wii version has an Orange like red for amazing, extreamly bright 2099,brighter noir and duller ultimate universe.while these graphics arnt the best keep in mind that this is a wii game.The fact that these graphics arnt as graphical that the other consels have,gives this version that cartoon like feeling that the game was meant to have..The first person combat feature takes advantage of the wii motion control unlike the other systems that use the joy sticks.The game is short and every spider-man has at least 3and 1/4 of the game.that makes 13 levels total.Every spider man takes advantage of each spider-man special traits.2099 uses his speed,noir uses stealth,amazing uses agility, and ultimate uses the power that the sybiote gives.what is nice about ultimate and 2099 is that they feature an extra sense.Ultimates rage mode is when spider-man gets angered or annoyed.He enters a stage where the sybiote gives him stronger attacks that do twice the damage.2099s accelerated vision is a stage where spider man goes into slow motion while spider man retains his normal speed,giving the illusion that spider man moves faster than normal.Both these modes are temporary but very fun.
Bad:there is nothing bad about this game except that the camera has problems keeping focused on spider man,but that is typical among spider man games.
Over all this is one of the best wii games ever. this will be appealing to fans of spider man fans and extream gamers.If you dont like spider man there is something wrong with you.HE IS THE ONLY SUPER HERO THAT MAKES A CORNY JOKE AND YOU LAUGH AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This game is pretty fun. The combat system is a little strange even for the wii but you get used to it after a bit. The combo system and controls will drive you up the wall so to speak at times as well as the camera angles. However, it is a pretty minor thing that with some trial, error, and lots of patience you can overcome after a while. The game itself is relatively easy to complete with it being only 10 hours if you just want to finish the basic story. The only reason I give this game 4 out of 5 stars is that the game is completely linear. If you finish one section there is no going back to it unless you restart the level. This also limits your exploration at times especially if you are trying to find all the hidden spiders or trying to get some extra spider icons.
The extras included in the game are pretty cool and are the sole reason for replay value in this game if you were a spider-fan. Just being able to play in the Scarlett Spider outfit was worth the 25 hours or so to complete the Web of Destiny. There are also other alternative costumes, statues, character bios, and movie cuts from the game in the bonus gallery after you've completed certain criteria.
Pros: Fun game, good replay value, awesome graphics, decent story, fantastic voice acting.
Cons: Linear game play, annoying controls and camera angles.

great game for wii and ds
It is a great game. Not compatible with the classic controller, but the web slinging works well with the numchuck controller.
