This Spiderman movie figure is pretty much just like all the other millions of them available. Pretty much the same in articulation and appearance. True to the movie character 100%. Personally, I do not like the movie adaptation as well as the figures from the Spiderman Classics line-which are more true to the comic book. If it weren't for the popularity and success of the comic book, there would be no movie. However, the nice thing about these figures are the accessories that come with them. This one has a damaged subway car and 4 Doc Ock bendable tentacles to attach to it for Spidey to kick off. The tentacles are too heavy to have them stay in any one particular pose and the pinchers on them get loose quickly and aren't very durable. But, they look good. The special kicking action of the Spiderman figure broke 5 minutes after my son opened it. Which is OK by me because Spiderman figures are a dime a dozen and it doesn't do anything else other than being "superposeable". Unless you want a fairly nice and unique accessory to go with other Spiderman figures, this is the way to go. If you use a little imagination, all the accessories ToyBiz has made could be arranged together to resemble a small city block. Otherwise, spend your money on the Spiderman Classics line of figures.

THIS IS NOT AS FUN AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.IF YOU GET THE TENTACLES TO STAY IN YOU ARE MAGICAL.THE KICKING ACTION IS AS DUMB AS DURT.THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE TENTACLES I JUST TAKE THEM OFF AND PUT THEM ON AN OTHER TOY.THE TENTACLES ARE TO HEAVY, THE KICKING STINKS ,THAT MEANS DO NOT BUY THIS TOY.

The day I bought this figure I realized nearly nothing worked. The Doc Ock tentacles are durable but it is impossible to get them to stay in the subway piece they're supposed to stay in but they are fairly useful if you pick Spiderman up with them. Though if you attempt this make sures you put the claws of the tentacles under his arms or it won't work. The only major upside is that the spiderman figure is super durable...oh and by the way, the spin and kick action does not work right. For one thing his kick cannot move an ant if you tried and you can never seem to aim right. Fun but try not to lose your mind trying to get it to work.
