Spiderman Ready Bed with Battery Operated Air Pump

The hand pump that comes with some of these beds are a laugh and a half. No use what so ever, so be sure to get the battery operated inflater. Better still, buy a bed without a pump and buy an adult/useable electric pump and help older children, age 6 on up, inflate his own bed in seconds. Our grandchild liked his soft bed and loved the character on the outside. The pillow is great. The educational part of this bed is allowing the child to place the air mattress inside to prepare for inflation. The bag in which he sleeps keeps him from sliding off the bed and landing on the floor in the middle of a deep sleep. We keep the bed in our front closet so he can dig it out and set it up whenever he comes over. It is his little piece of the world he can call his own. The side zipper zips great however, the stitching on one side came out and I had to sew it up. It wasn't much of a hole, but it sort of disappointed me that it was there the very first time we blew it up. Overall, this is a great little gift for grandparents, daycare, etc.

I could not find this anywhere but here at the time so I got it and had it shipped. After getting it and blowing it up it isn't as big as I would like it to be. With shipping and handling it came to $50.00. NOT worth $50.00! It's a neat idea but not worth the price in my eyes. Found it at Target a week ago...OH WELL.

The bed is nice, But when we went to inflate it the bed took about an hour with the pump provided. The pump is horrible and we had to go out and buy a new pump. The actual bed is great. He loved sleeping in it.
