Good pinball- but not worth the sale price,

I purchased this pinball machine for my son. He received a good sized pinball 5 years ago and has completely worn it apart. The Spiderman pinball appeared to be a step above the simple tabletop units you can get in your local toystore. It IS a step up, but not as far as I would like.
It has a real plunger and real flippers, much better than the average $[...] units you can buy (both here at Amazon and at TRUS). It also appears to be quite stable and durable. We are happy with the machine, and my son is enjoying playing with it, but it does feel that the price of $[...] is too much. I would feel less ripped off if it was closer to the $[...] range. It doesn't help that the box came with a sticker showing the price of $[...]! |
