I am not sure regarding the line being invisible to fish. It does become more transparent when wet. However, the best advantage of this line is its great softness and flexibility. It is great for casting, much easier on backlash removal than normal braid, and just as strong as other braid. It is great for casting. Other braid has a stiffness. This braid is like cotton string in its flexibility, but as strong as other braid. Also abrasion resistant. To me, this is truly an innovation in braid, and the best braid for casting, for example, when using a frog over weed beds.
