These are really great casual wine glasses. VERY thin, nicely shaped. A set of four has lasted me upward of five years, and I was down to one. So ordered some more. Two of the four tumblers were smashed to smithereens. The link to process the return procedure seems to be a broken link - "why do you want to return" But by phone quickly taken care of by customer service.
