Each glass has a capacity of 16-ounces, giving it ample evaporation surface for a wine's full aroma to rise in its slightly tapered chimney. The glasses are made of non-lead crystal, providing excellent transparency and brilliance for showcasing color and clarity. Trendy, finely balanced, and packed in an attractive gift tube, these tumblers are designed to enhance the fine qualities of reds such as Zinfandel and Chianti, but also serve well as all-purpose red wine glasses. These wine tumblers are perfect for outdoor entertaining. They are weighted so they don't tip or blow over. Our stemmed Spiegelau glasses didn't hold up well on our deck. The stemless casual glasses impress our guests and they actually improve the taste of the wine.

I was surprised how much use these glasses get in preference to using our stems. They have a nice feel with a laser cut rim and are useful for a variety of beverages.
