I gave these glasses to my husband as a gift. He brews his own beer and these are his favorite glasses to drink his creations in. Even I can tell the difference in the amount of flavor and aroma when drinking from a Spiegelau.

The glasses are fantastic. Packed safely in a shipping tube. On the delicate side, but very elegant look and feel. Be wary of price fluctuation on Amazon. I got the set of 2 for $15. I have seen the price range from $15-$52, depending on when I check.

These are beautifully shaped glasses that feel amazing in your hand. They work as fantastic utility glasses for someone with a diverse palate. I have read other reviews claiming that they break too easily, but should only really be an issue if you are drunk, but anyone who drinks out of glasses like these probably takes their beer seriously and wouldn't be drinking fine beers out of here when they're already drunk. So these are good to have.

These glasses are very nice. They have a thin lip, but have not chipped yet, even in the dishwasher.

They will not fit in a standard glass hanger though.

Just what I was hoping for when I purchased these online. They look great but it is difficult to tell if they will have the right 'feel' (weight, rim thickness) until they arrive. Perfect glass for some good Belgian beer or other ales, etc. I bought them for a gift and it was just what my husband wanted.

I enjoy complex IPAs and Belgian style ales. These glasses are excellent for these beers! They are very well made, beautiful to look at, and enhance the subtleties of the beer. Of course they break if you drop them! They are high-end glasses, so the glass is very thin. I would recommend that anyone who has trouble breaking these glasses might not consume so much beer--this may prevent you from dropping them.

These are beautiful glasses that are perfect for those special brews. However, the thin glass which makes them so lovely is very fragile. I had these for less than a month before the first glass broke while I was washing it.

This is a really nice shaped tulip but it breaks so easy. My girlfriend knocked it over (barely) , and it split in two when it hit the ground,and it was already on the ground before it tipped. She only tipped it with her foot, it wobbled and then broke

Love these glasses for drinking beer, but they are very, very, thin glasses so care must be used. "Considerably thinner" than any drinking glass, or crystal glass we own. Not sure how well they will hold up allowing your friends to handle 3 or 4 beers with them, but we will order another set...that's how much we like them.

This is it... the one beer glass you need. Throw away those mugs and pilsners. You will never want to drink out of another glass again. This is the glass professional beer tasters use, because it really does make your beer taste better. The stem allows you to hold the glass without warming the beer. The tulip shape funnels the aroma up to add the sense of smell to your tasting experience. The thin glass allows a pleasant mouthfeel to the glass, and maximum taste bud impact (vs a thick glass that will deposit your beer halfway back on your tongue). But the glass is made to stand up even on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. I know they survive there because mine have been through many washes on both shelves and look great. They are also great as wine glasses, cocktail glasses, etc. for those who are just starting out or starting over. My husband and I have lots of nice cocktail and wine glasses, but find ourselves using these for everything because we like the way they feel in your hand and against your lips. Fabulous as a gift to yourself or someone else! Have given them many times, always well received, and now everyone who hasn't gotten them asks for them.
