While not groundbreaking... at least its in video!,

Spies Above is a great documentary on surveillance satellites. While the information isn't groundbreaking, and it covered in print and internet sources, its mark as a video documentary is enough to set it apart.
Examples of information gathered through the last couple decades is a boon to the coverage. You may not be able to distinguish a KH-4 from a KH-11, but at least you'll know what the satellites can do.

This is a great documentary, though slightly dated at this point. At the time, it had a lot of information that, while not really secret, was not well known to the public at large. Unfortunately, not available on DVD.
