The Urinal works quite well and has not spilled yet. The only problem that I saw was that if you overfill it which might be easy to do, since it is not a clear material, there will be an overflow out of the bottle that cannot be stopped.Otherwise it seems to perform the best opposed to the other brands that I have tried.

Don't want to go into very deep detail here, but these work as advertised. The thick plastic tube is more comfortable that the thin sort, and it is nice not to have to see the contents.
