This toy is okay, however, beware if you buy it from Toys R Us or a similar store. The manufacturer (Spin Master) will not take it back or let you exchange it. I bought mine and realized I got a bad one (I think it was used before and returned) and it had a hole and a missing stake. Neither Toys R Us or Spin Master would give me my money back. BEWARE if you buy this - the manufacturer does not stand behind it if you return it and has instructed the stores who distribute it not to take it back. I personally thought it was a little short for my kids (they are only 3 and the age is up to 8) and my seams let out an awful lot of extra air. BEWARE IF YOU BUY THIS - BE PREPARED TO KEEP IT EVEN IF IT'S BROKEN OR YOU DON'T LIKE IT'S PERFORMANCE!

I bought this just yesterday. I was ready for an hours worth of assembly, as with most toys.. .but I was amazed. Open the box, dump out the contents.. take out the fan motor. Spread it on the ground, insert stablizing ground stakes, turn on motor, its up in about 25 SECONDS!!! Ready to use!!!

The material is a THICK coated canvas. Really heavy duty. We of course ignored the suggested rules and had 4 toddlers jumping around at once (i think it suggests 2 or 3). They banged heads a bit, fell on each other, but kept laughing.

After they were done, I hit the convenient 'off' switch, and it deflates quickly, rolls up easily and thats it! I suggest getting a rubber-maid box for it with a lid.. its easier to store than the canvas bag they expect you to fit it back into :)

We got the Spongebob Bounce 'Round for Christmas 2003 for our son, then almost 3. So now we have gotten over a year's worth of use out of it. My son loves it now as much as he did when we first got it. I, too, thought it was expensive, but I did not realize how durable and well-made it would be. The canvas is really thick and durable. As someone else mentioned, it is made so that it "breathes", so it doesn't matter if it gets a small hole in it, but I have not had any, and it has taken a TON of abuse from my boys. Also the pump is super powerful - it really does fill up completely in less than one minute. Not only do my kids bounce in it, but they pretend it is their "house" and do lots of pretend play in it. My only complaints - and these are minor - is that the storage bag that it comes with is too small - you'd have to be Houdini to get the bouncer back into it. On my last attempt to do just that, the zipper gave out, so now I have no good way to store it. Also - the pump is not very well balanced and doesn't have a large enough base, so it is always tipping over. Probably not very safe. Lastly, it is pretty noisy, but I've gotten used to it. Overall, I think the bouncer is a great value and always the first thing kids want to do when they come over, and it's a great way for kids to get exercise and burn energy on a yucky day.

My son received this item as a birthday gift for his fourth birthday and he and his younger brother (2 years old) absolutely LOVE IT!!! They could spend all afternoon jumping in their SpongeBob Bounce'Round. It is just a nice size that we are able to fit it into our basement play area for the days that it is raining so that they both can still have a great time playing with their new gift. A great purchase for the money. It is also a great way to tire them out so they are ready for bedtime!!!

This Bounce 'Round just made my child's day. There is nothing better!

If anyone is curious about the bounce letting out air, it is designed to do that, which is why it comes with the continuous air blowing fan. If it didn't release air at the seams, it would pop like a balloon and wouldn't be too much fun to bounce on!

This product is extremely well made and easy to set up. The material is breathable yet durable. We bring it out and hook the fan up to it, and it's up in under a minute. It also deflates quickly and you can fold it up into it's duffel bag. I think it is well worth the money. We had four children in there at once for my son's second birthday party, it holds up very well and it's easy to reach right in on the sides and pull a child out if you need to. I really thought my kids would want to spend more time in this toy, so I guess my only disappointment is that they want to get out in a couple of minutes, but at least it's not such a big deal to operate. Great for having company, parties, etc.

"Santa" brought this toy for my two boys, ages 18 mos. and 4 yrs. My 4-year-old absolutely loves it. Its great for cold rainy days when you can't play outside. The set up is very easy, and the bounce 'round is very durable.

I bought this toy for my grandson because he loves to jump on my bed. He especially likes it when I throw in his giant stuffed animals (he's three and doesn't have other children in the home). If you have a large playroom it might be good inside on a rainy day, but it would be difficult to anchor it so it would be stable.

We got this for our sons 3rd birthday party, and he loves it!! It is so easy to set up and put away. I think it took like 10 minutes top to roll it back up to put in the bag it comes with. My kids love jumping in this toy, and it keeps me sane!!!

My 2yr old duaghter and all of her friends love this. Plenty of room for small kids. Easy to assemble and quickly blows up. Really big. Would recommend to all,
