Spinmaster Elmo Giggle and Shake Chair

The Elmo wiggles and giggles as promised, but our 1 and 3 year old kids have been less than enamored with it. It only jiggles/wiggles for a few seconds at a time, and from a parent's perspective, it isn't especially sturdy. The chair is much lighter than expected, is much less well-stuffed than expected, and as a result, it doesn't provide much support, even for a small child. Good, not great. Three stars may even be a bit generous. (Our Tickle Me Elmo is getting a lot more play.)

My 2-year-old granddaughter absolutely loved this chair. I pulled the "test me" tab before I wrapped it and when I was bringing the box into the house for Christmas, the box was literally jiggling and giggling and Windy just went nuts over the box alone. When she got it unwrapped, she didn't get out of the chair until time to go home and she made her Daddy put it in the back seat so she could sit in it. Of course, she had to come out of it to ride in her car seat and she was NOT happy. Wonderful chair. Just the right size for a 2-year-old. Well-made.

It is sure easy to make Elmo giggle and wiggle, which makes my grandson giggle. He loves his new chair which he received for his 2nd birthday. He is a big Elmo fan. It is nice to have a fuzzy chair just his size.

It was so cute watching my daughter open the box and seeing Elmo! sat right down and I turned the shaking on... She did freaked out for a few minutes but now loves it. She will ask for the tickle chair on now and tell us when she wants to turn it off. I love the fact that you can turn the tickle vibration on and off. It is a new favorite in our house. Oh and I bought 2 more for my friends kids for christmas and they love them too!

It giggles. It shakes. And it looks just plain funny. Definitely for younger kids. I'd say up to age 3. It does have a switch so you can turn off the giggle and shaking part. And when your kids outgrow it, remove the outter cover and make a cool halloween costume out of the material.

I bought this for my grandson when he turned 3 years old, and he was so excited. And although it doesn't spin, it certainly does shake!
The plus side to this very cute and soft chair, is that younger children adore it and it's very durable; seeing as he has thrown it around and jumped all over it. The only issue I have is, that you can't turn it off. Elmo just giggles and shakes his little heart out with the LIGHTEST touch or nudge, which as we all know can become very annoying at times esspecially when, at the end of the day, the only one still giggling IS Elmo. Other then that I beleive it is a wonderful product and I would most definitely recommend it for 1-3 year olds looking for a good giggle!

I got this as a gift for my 1-year old granddaughter. My daughter says she loves it. She keeps coming back and sitting down in it to feel it giggle and shake.
Probably could have been packed a little better. It was just loose in the box, but it was OK.

I bought this chai for my niece and she loved it. She finds it very funny. At first (she is one year, four months old) she was a bit scared and suspicious of the chair but it took less than one day for her to get used to it. Now she loves to smack the chair and run laughing her tushie off.
I really recomend it

I bought the Elmo chair for my grandson and I'm sure he will love it but Target shipped it in an old cardboard box and the chair wasn't even wrapped in plastic, bubblewrap, nothing! It had lint, dust all over it. I had to clean it off before I could give it to my Grandson. It also had no instructions!
Don't think I will by online from them as a seller again!
