What a waste of money. Johnny G is an idiot.,

I have been spinning in a health club for years and finally purchased by own spinning bike for my home gym and purchased this video thinking that it would be the best example of a spinning class. Johnny G invented spinning after all. Instead, Johnny runs his mouth the whole time, making no sense at all. Even the class is confused. I have had much better classes in my health club. I will probably throw this video out. I am glad I did not buy part 1 or I would be furious.

"Johnny" is strange, but his message is not.,

The leader of the pack, Johnny, is a bit on the odd side. His counts are off. His accents throw you off, plus I think he has a lust thing going with one of his demonstrators... But if you are able to get around all of that, his riding theory makes sense. He talks about rhythm and focus and concentration tactics. I expect some of his tips will help make me a stronger road rider as well as help me build stamina through the spinner.

i have been spinning at a gym for 2 years,i bought a schwin spin bike for my home since a video came out specifically for spinning.very disappointed since there is not enough good music so that you can close your eyes and spin to your own drum
