A good place to start,
By Valerie Agramonte (Pennsylvania) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Spinning Wheel Primer (Paperback)
While perhaps a bit technical for the absolute beginner, this book has great diagrams of the parts of a spinning wheel, and gives criteria that are important in choosing a spinning wheel. It does go into a bit of detail about the pros and cons of spinning mechanisms, which in a way is a moot point, as there are wheels on the market that can spin in all three modes. Overall, however, this book is a good place to start for anyone interested in purchasing a spinning wheel.
