What a beautiful, spiritual, flowing book!,

Filled with helpful photos of the amazingly trim author, this book energizes me just by reading it! What a helpful, inspiring, spiritually awakened book she has created. It's well-written, well-edited and so tasteful. You'll really feel your soul connecting with your body when you follow along with these fun and inspiring exercises. Good work, Ms. Lamberti!
