This is an absolutely excellent book, it was referred to us after the loss of our twin boys at 23 weeks. Even my husband, the biggest skeptic in the world loves this book. I would have given it 5 stars, but I found the chants a bit airy fairy. We often feel the presence of our sons and feel that they will visit us again in the future when their time has come. There really is something in here for every parent, adoptive parents, parents who have lost a child, parents trying to concieve.

I am a healthcare provider and administrator with a background in evidenced based scientific practice, so by nature of my work experience I tend to look for proven facts when addressing pregnancy, fertility issues and adoption issues. After going through multiple fertility and miscarriage issues as a couple, my wife and I can truly say that of all the books, consultants, and assistance we have sought, Walter Makichen and this book have been the most inspirational and helpful to us. This book is a must have for anyone considering children in their future, whether by natural pregnancy, adoption or fertility assistance. Thank you Walter Makichen for sharing your gifts and talents and making a difference in others' lives.

I purchased this book because the name caught my eye. I have been trying to concieve for a few years and i am trying to figure out why i haven't been successful. Though i cannot say i am pregnant yet (i haven't had a chance yet since i just got the book a few weeks ago!), it is well worth reading. The author gives lot of examples of couples and their "babies" and different reasons the babies weren't coming. It is easy to read and i finished it in just a few days. Anyone who wonders why they were adopted or what happens when a miscarriage occurs should read this book.

This book is absolutely terrific. It is concise, well written and as good a read as a top-notch novel. I recommend it to anyone who would like to have a better understanding of their relationship to their children, born and unborn, as well as their relationship to their own parents. Enjoy!

Having researched and written in the field for fifteen years, I am thrilled to have this information available. Now, when people ask me how they can get in touch with a future child, I point them to this book. From the unique perspective of his clairvoyance, Walter Makichen confirms much of what can be learned from people's own experiences. For example, a soul whose unborn body is lost to miscarriage or abortion may return to the same mother in a later pregnancy. A huge plus in "Spirit Babies" is the absence of any religious framework or dogma. Written in clear, unpretentious style, this is a book I highly recommend.

This is a warm, happy book that will help you understand that you will receive the baby you are meant to have, no matter how it comes to you.

I too studied with Walter Makichen for over 20 years and I am always touched on Walter's ability to take concepts that have been accepted as unexplainable and allow them to be actually understood. I recommend Spirit Babies even to people not considering children as his definitions, such as on the chakra system, are so easily understood one can then integrate the information into our lives daily. This book answered questions I had in the year's past while helping to raise two children.

I'm convinced my spirit baby directed my neighbor to this book in the bookstore who nearly ran into me on my street coming to tell me about it. I immediatlely bought and read it.

I always believed in pre-birth lives and that we choose our parents, etc. but this book goes far beyond that and gived meditations and exercises for you to communicate with your unborn, or as yet un-conceived spirit baby.

Author, Walter Makichen, is a gifted clairvoyant whose niche is is acting as a liason for parents and parents-to-be and their children. He goes into detail on fertility, abortion and adoption. I feel it would make children that are adopted and parents that have adopted children feel much more secure in their choices. There is a divine plan in place that we are unaware of and everything always works out.

Regarding the sensitive subject of aborition, Makiechen explores several cases of this which are interesting and again, explains that our lives and our decisions have multiple effects, many of which are out of our control.

If you want to get to know your baby before it incarnates, read this book! Or if you have concerns or issues with a past pregnancy or current child, no matter what the age, read this book!
