Have had my unit for over a month now. Took about 1 1/2 hrs. to put together.
This is a great unit, extremely well built and has a great 5 year parts warranty, with lifetime frame. Did allot of research. Spirit products are rated very highly. What sold me on this one versus the XE line was the shorter 65" base footprint, but with 20" stride capability. I have limited space so the shorter footprint is appreciated. A great buy, works flawlessly, and wow what a work out. Been a lifetime runner, but this thing really gives me a workout! Also appreciate that it reverses which uses different muscles.

Excellent elliptical, long smooth stride, sturdy construction, good options, great warranty. Absolutely the best value in home elliptical at 799 and free shipping, even at regular price it's still one of your best choices. The Spirit ZE120 is the same unit as the Sole E25, Spirit makes all Soles elliptical, except the Spirit version has a better console with more options/settings including a target heart rate program and Spirit gives a better warranty, lifetime frame and 5 years all other parts. Had it for a couple weeks, works great, sturdy, quiet & fun. Honestly I've already lost 8lbs. I work out first thing in the morning for 35 minutes. Got it when it was on sale for 799.99 though - I see it's 1099.99 again. I saved money w/ the supersaver shipping too. Got it within 2 weeks. So far - I'm very happy. Thanks Amazon! This was a great deal.

I purchased the Spirit ZE120 after exhaustive research on the internet. I was a little nervous about making the purchase online, but I wanted to get the best for my money. I checked out machines at local fitness equipment stores and did not find a machine I liked in my price range.

This is the one. The machine is terrific-runs smoothly, doesnt hurt my knees (the footpads move) the programs are challenging.
My only complaints: a rubbing and squeaking noise when operating the machine and the water bottle holder does not hold a regular bottle--you have to use the one that comes with the machine.
I have contacted product support at Spirit, and they responded quickly with a recommendation. If they come out and fix the problem I would give the machine five stars, no question!! The warranty is excellent as well.

I've had this for several years now and it is a very good trainer. I would reccomend this to anyone that needs a solid machine to work out on.
