I had high hopes for this meditation c.d....
I heard her on the radio and thought that Kala Ambrose had a great voice and personality, but
unfortunately my hopes were not realized:~(
Some of my complaint is due to the imbalance of the speaking voice and the musical accompaniment,
maybe I just got a bad copy?
The voice was ether very loud or way too soft against the loudness of the music.
Someone in the recording studio should have told her... she does have a lovely soft voice, but it goes up and down and with the music it is not very well modulated...plus the meditation seem over priced for just 30 mins. of wavering drivel.
I'm sorry I wish that I could say something nice, but I just can't.

As a "newbie" to meditation, Kala's voice and guidance took me to a place I have never been. She led me to peace and tranquility as I have never known. A MUST have for anyone and everyone, new to meditation or a seasoned participant, seeking a special place, time and new vision for one's self and soul. I could feel, smell and hear Hawaii, and it has stayed with me. Thank you Kala, thank you for sharing with us all! I am looking forward to more journeys.

Kala is a very gifted guide who finds the right balance between "guiding" a listener yet still allowing them to have their own personal experience. Her voice is soothing and beautiful.....a must buy for those looking for a guided meditation.
