I purchased this journal to write my song lyrics in, and I have to say, I don't regret my decision at all. Of course, the cover is gorgeous. I love whimsical, fantasy, fairytale things and this definitely cuts the cake. The book in itself is very sturdy and will last a very long time, if taken care of properly. Inside the journal, the lines are very very faint, but was not a problem for me, personally. Every time I'm ready to write a new song, I get so inspired, because I have such a beautiful lyric book to write my words in. Would recommend this to anyone who wants something high quality and to anyone who loves beautiful journal covers.

I collect journals. I find Peter Pauper Press to be one of the top quality brands next to Paperblanks. This journal is sturdy like all others of this brand. The lines are faint, but they are made that way so that the lines to not ruin the beauty of the paper or the way your writing looks on it. The lines are about one millimeter wider than college rule. I am also very happy to see that they have made a deal with Josephine Wall as she is a favorite artist of mine. I am also really happy because on the Peter Pauper Press website this journal plus shipping was going to be thirty dollars. I am so glad I checked Amazon.
