Spirit Rescue has a lot of information on what, where and when, but not how! The title reads 'A simple guide to talking with ghosts a freeing earthbound spirits' but I did not find any info as to HOW to do it. Wilma talks about all kinds of things that relates to the spirit in general but just kept refering to other books. This is a very simple look at the understanding of the spirit world. The BEST book for spirit rescue would be 'Spirit Releasement Therapy' by William Baldwin.

This book is great for beginners and advanced students of spiritual studies. For beginners this author gives a wonderful overview of many topics related to spiritual development. I would consider myself a more advanced student because I have been studying a wide variety of subjects for over 20 years and I still learned new things from this book. This book also references many other books and websites if you want to learn more about the subjects covered. I also liked the format of the book. She deals with each subject in their own chapter. Her personal experiences were very interesting as well.

The title of this book is a bit mis-leading because it is a compilation of a lot of things like, Angels, Ghost, Spirits, Dowsing, prtection, etc. But it is a wonderful, easy to read manual for beginers in the spiritual realm on how to cleanse, protect, and ease into the spirit world. It is written for beginners and very easy to read and understand. I refer back to it constantly.

I purchased this book by author, Wilma Davidson, several years ago. Davidson takes the reader through various personal experiences involving ghosts that I found quite interesting. She also puts forth her practices and findings very straightforwardly. I consider the book to be an interesting introduction to metaphysical concepts involving ghosts and spirits. Although I do not personally subscribe to the belief in demons shared in the book, 'Spirit Rescue' is still loaded with food for thought and is an easy read.
