hard to put down,but,
By C. Thompson "taijifan70" (St.Louis) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Spirit of Tai Chi: Essential Principles (Paperback)
Not many books I've read lately compare to this book. Very interesting insights and life lessons. The Tai chi person is humble, non-competitive and has compassion for everyone, good, bad or otherwise. The book is just excellent. no fluff here! the one thing that struck as odd though is when he says we should not celebrate the victory over Germany's loss of WWII. The Author makes no mention of the millions of Jews that were killed at the hands of the Germans!! Food for thought. All in all a great book, one that belongs in the "best Book" category.

This is a must read for every tai chi student. Many students may be exceptional in their skill of form and application, but this is nothing without living the spiritual part of tai chi. This should be a pre-requisite for living! What a better world this would be.
