The combination of a heavy flywheel (30 pounds) and high gear ratio results in an extremely smooth feel with plenty of resistance (20 levels) at the top end for a challenging workout.

The custom oversized foot pedals have a durable foam cushioning for a comfortable workout. These unique pedals were designed in collaboratino with a leading exercise physiologist to provide the most comfortable ride available. The well-padded seat provides fore and aft tilt adjustments for customized comfort. It also features a standard bicycle seat post mountint so you cna install the seat from your own bike for training.

The easy-to-use electronic console includes quick start and one-button programming features along with a built-in fan to keep you cool. The large 8 x 20, multi-colored LED console has a 12-character message window, heart rate percentage graph, and display windows for time, distance, calories/weight, speed/RPM, level, watts, laps, and heart rate. It includes 10 programs as well as a built-in microprocessor that will hold data for up to 5 minutes after the pedaling stops--giving you enough time to record your workout.

This is a great bike with a excellent deal. Good looking and high quality. I am a novice cyclist and I ride with a group, and even just riding this bike when I ride with the group I am ready. This bike has a great and sturdy design very well put together. Smooth pedeling. It has 40 step increments not 20. You will not run out of needed resistance I don't care who you are. When you are riding this bike the frame does not move, also under the plastic cover it has a top tube like a road or mountain bike. It has one of the best displays, even with a fan. This is not like one of those stationary bikes you find retail or sporting goods stores. This is high end. I highly recommend this bike. I did call customer service for help and they were very knowledgeable courteous and helpful. I have high end road and moutian bikes. This is a good training tool to add to my arsenal. Buy this bike.
