I've tried too many "new-age" CDs - and have felt pretty darn silly. Invariably I'm annoyed that I've been duped. So much so, that I recently decided to simply go back to the source and quietly play (certain) Indian classical music and eliminate synthesizers and echo from my practice. That being said, I STILL purchased this CD on a whim. I was really amazed and happy by how lucky I had been this time. This CD is absolutely captivating and intoxicating. Seems like the best (from my perspective) for its intended purpose. It will be a long time before I grow weary of it. Thanks to the other reviewers for encouraging its purchase.

I love this CD. I play it often during my own yoga or meditation practice as well as when I teach yoga classes. My students always comment on how much they enjoy this CD as well. The music is inspiring, uplifting and very emotive. I love Jai Uttal's chanting, but even without it, this CD would be a perennial favorite.

My wife and I have had this album for 2 years. We play it on our bedroom sound system as we go to sleep each night. Pure bliss, into that peaceful space then oblivion.
This is my best cd purchase of the last decade.

The entire cd is both relaxing and very powerful. It stimulates my meditation and yoga sessions. I also used the cd during my birth for relaxation and empowerment.

Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. The music on this CD washes over me like a river of cleansing tears, transporting me to the deepest recesses of my heart. Sometimes I drift away in dreams; sometimes I cry; sometimes I fall into peaceful meditation...........

I really enjoy this yoga music! It is long and continuous which allows me to practice without losing concentration.

Great music for meditation. I enjoy this CD at bedtime and usually drift off to sleep while clearing my head.

I teach yoga. This cd is good to have because it is mellow and relaxing. Some of my other yoga cds is too upbeat for some of my classes. This one I use frequently because it doesn't have any jarring high pitches or dead silence. Sometimes I want yoga music to move me to work more challenging asanas but most of the time I like yoga music to just blend in the background and makes me relax when I want to tune in. I play this cd more than others.

After my workout I like to mellow out w/ some yoga stretches and this CD has been great. The music just drifts me off to another place and calms me down.

Any one who ever practiced yoga at some point in his/her life should concider buying this album.
Four tracks that takes us listeners into a wonderland of total relaxation.
This album is a perfect companion to your yoga practise, it will ease the mind and thaught, and will calms all of your senses.
