no table of contents - footnotes not linked - hard to read,

Two stars because the text of the book is there. However, no kindle functionality at all! No table of contents and footnotes in the text are not hyperlinked. The actual footnotes content is at the end of each chapter and there is no way to go to the end of a chapter without flipping every page.
