Anyone who has dabbled in raw foods is aware that this revolutionary way of eating and interacting with the earth does things to one's perspective on the world. This audio CD delves deeply into just what one is doing when they consciously choose to buck the system and think for themselves. Becoming autonomous enlivens the spirit, and this CD does a wonderful job of portraying what comes with personal freedom, and how one grows from such a place.
