I do not think of myself as an artist--a doodler, maybe! So picking up this book for the first time delighted me. It gave doodling credibility, for one thing. Encouraged and inspired, I began doodling and my doodles got better and better. But what was surprising to me was how the suggestions in this book triggered doodles that took me to places of insight and personal understanding that I don't think I could have gotten to any other way. As fun and entertaining as this book is--and it really is--I found that drawing (doodling) activates parts of my brain (and maybe muscle, too!) that stimulates my creativity in brand new ways. I really really like this book!

This book is full of fun tidbits of spiritual truth that coaxed me to actually discover what my life purpose is! It seemed light and funny at first, but I discovered many things about myself that have kept me from living my dreams. Now I go forward with spiritual tools and a new confidence in my unique creative self-expression.

The text is all hand written which adds to the fun and relaxed nature ofthis book. There are activities on every page and therec are little comic relief characters throughout. Its reall a fun book. Some of the activities are: make a wildest dreams collage, let your intuition make a drawing, the universe is a yes machine, would you rather be right or happy?, energy vacuum, forgive to live, mentally leapfrog over your problems, hoppin' mad, B.Y.O piece of mind. Lots of fun but it makes you think too.

This book is such fun. Who knew spirituality could be so light-hearted, yet so serious at the same time? Spiritual Doodles really helped me to free up some creative energy that I am now using to get my life moving in a more playful direction. Thank you Katherine Q. Revoir for opening up a new spiritual pathway for me.

Be creative everyday. This book gets you going in answering some easy and some deep questions. Lots of fun while "getting it." Easy to do and to do some each day or quite a bit a one sitting. Enjoy!

This book is a wonderful tool for someone needing to find themselves. I also use this to channel my anger. It was very well done and I think everyone should have a copy!!!

This is a wonderful combination of journaling, especially for a beginner, and a pressure-free invitation to doodling and drawing. The format is charming and fun to read. The personal insights for me started within the first few entries and have had extremely positive effects on my art journaling, drawing, painting, and other projects I'm currently exploring including Soul Collage. An awesome idea starter offering personal reflection and skill building in creativity. You can't help but tap into unrealized resources with this book. One of the best books I have purchased from Amazon!

I like how open ended this journal is, but at the same time it takes you through a journey of yourself. There are pages of answering questions, making you look within yourself, but then it is balanced with some doodling or other playful ideas. And some days, all I really want to do is some mindless doodles, which usually brings me to wanting to do more self-discovery. I have picked it up on and off over the last couple of years, and always like when I get back into it.

An excellent variety of simple, but quite creative activities to start you thinking about yourself. I wish there were follow ups of this kind.
