Fridrik Karlsson's "Spirital Fitness" album is a truly brilliant release at Gemini Sun Records in the Feel Good Music Collection. His meditative guitar reminded me of the famous new age master Govi. But Fridrik Karlsson has his own unique style. His music has easiness. It is weightless and touches your soul very delicately. And yet it is incredibly expressive.

Fridrik Karlsson's music gives the listener great pleasure because love is hidden in the exquisite compositions of "Spiritual Fitness". I had originally purchased the artist's other CD "Magical Relaxation" and it turned out to be one of my favorite albums of all times. So I decided to buy more music from this talented artist. The music in this CD called "Spiritual Fitness" is perfect to listen to while you're relaxing, meditating or even working as it relaxes you and soothes your soul. Highly recommended!
