I had originally purchased the artist's other CD "Magical Relaxation" and it turned out to be one of my favorite albums of all times. So I decided to buy more music from this talented artist. The music in this CD called "Spiritual Fitness" is perfect to listen to while you're relaxing, meditating or even working as it relaxes you and soothes your soul. Highly recommended!

This CD sounds very gently, impressivelly, closed to human spirit and it creats best emotional state, deep relaxation..I feel myself better hearing this smooth and gentle music...
