Our church Leadership Team is studying this book together. It is proving to be a quite excellent book for equipping our leaders to accomplish what God has called us to be and to do. I highly recommend Spiritual Leadership as one of the required books for leaders in every church.

I just love the books of Blackaby and this is not exception. This is just one of his books on leadership to help all of us to grow.
This is an interactive study and requires all to 'interact' as they study to learn to minister for His life in you.
Great book for small group study. All should read this book and to grow in the Spirit of God.

This a great church resource. I encourage anyone in ministry to study this book. Don't rely on a library copy (nothing against libraries) because you are going to want to write notes and document revelations as you go.

I recently purchased this book through Amazon.com. It is an informative, interactive work that gives the reader considerable insight into leadership and service to one's congregation and community. Valuable and life long lessons can be learned through this book. A must read for clergy, church administrators and those looking to lead their church forward. A great feature is the questions a leader should ask themselves as they think of their role as a spiritual leader.

Book arrived in very good condition. Expected some marking and signs of wear and tear, but found essentially none. Packaged and sent with care.

I really liked this book, and plan to read the text from which it was developed soon. Excellent, thought-provoking, well-written volume on Christian leadership.

This book provides the Christian leader with an excellent perspective of what true leadership means and how God through the Holy Spirit, provides us with the skills and abilities to serve. At the same time we are being prepared for future ministry. A good read!

Very useful book on how to counteract those who feel the trials of life are caused by "the will of God" and just need to be accepted as that. Blackaby explains well why he doesn't believe in this explanation and supports the concept of a loving God who does not bring down disasters on his people, and explains how he came to this conclusion.
