About the Author
Author Biography Roberta Sonsaray White was born in San Leandro, California, and grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. Ms. White graduated from Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Ms. White first began writing poetry in the eighth grade. Since then she has written over two hundred pieces. Ms. White receives much pleasure from both writing and performing poetry. She currently lives in Washington, DC.
