If you are interested at all in eastern spirituality, or are just someone who is burned out by western religions, this book is for you. Every page gives you a greater understanding of yourself. I have never felt so good reading a book, but this changed my outlook for the better everytime I picked it up. Second only to the Tao Te Ching, I cannot recommend it enough.

I found this book to be well-written, easy to read and understand, and very inspirational. It's one of those that will remain in my library for repeated future reference. For those interested in deepening the spiritual side of self, I'd highly recommend it.
