To read this book is to enter the realm of Spirit in a trancendent way. It not only takes you to the 50 places it describes in loving detail, it reminds your mind and heart where you might find the sacred within yourself.Spritiual Places is a book of 50 meditations, each chosen by Emily Squires and Len Belzer to reflect their continuing search for inner peace and connection to our spirit. I highly recommend the book not only for visitors to New York but to New Yorkers as well. Living in New York is a challenge and picking up the book is a simple and lovely way to meditate and find that quiet place within. Thank you Len and Emily, your book is truly a gift, at a time when we all need stress reduction wherever we can find it! |
