I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ruth Swope in person at a workshop she did. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful and knowledgeable she is on this subject. I read "The Spiritual Roots of Barley" which goes into detail about the spiritual roots of barley in the Bible. This book is fabulous and very informative. Dr. Ruth Swope has a son-in-law, who is a doctor, he has actually used Green Barley on patients who have had heart problems and other health problems with great results. If you are having any type of health problems you want to read this book. This book is a life saver!
