I wasn't really sure what to expect with this book. I depend on reading other people's reviews before purchasing books these days so since there weren't any reviews I had to take a chance on this one.

This book is very easy to read and Joe Nunziata uses his own stories and personal experiences in order to make his readers understand what he's talking about. I had a few of my own "ah-ha" moments that I haven't had in a long time while reading a book.

I didn't expect the book to start off with the reason why we aren't where we would like to be in our lives -- having to do with blocked chakras. That was a surprise. It was a pleasant surprise since I haven't read anything like it in any other "self-help" books. I have to say that he is definitely the first to include it in a book about selling.

My first critisism is that he should have gone into more detail about unblocking the chakras (since it's such a pivotal element in his technique about getting what you want in life) instead of only sharing a few paragraphs about it. He really missed an opportunity to help people change their lives by offering more than one technique in doing this. That, to me, was disappointing.

My second critisism is that he should have divided the book in Parts I and II. He goes from the first half of the book being on the "self-helpish/spiritual" stuff then, without warning, goes into the "selling" part without any kind of fluid bridge. It's like going from talking about art appreciation to talking about stock trading. The separation of making it two parts instead of running it altogether would have helped a lot.

I wish Joe would have gone into more detail about the chakras and gave more techniques to unblock them. He builds up using examples and makes a lot of sense as to why many of us fail over and over again...but then doesn't deliver when it comes to CHANGING all of that. I just wish there was more.

However, if you really want to SELL MORE then you need this book. His unconventional techniques on becoming emotionally detached yet focusing on "serving"...There is no need to struggle and try to beat out the competition while stuffing products and services down people's throats. You can DRAW SALES TO YOU almost effortlessly and Joe teaches you how to do that well.

Recommended book.

I read a lot and very quickly, scanning for information I'm interested in, I can read a book in a week end. This book I found connected with my inner self in a way that made want to stop after each chapter and think about how it related to me. This is not about selling techniques as much as it is about being in touch with our feelings so we can deal with our weaknesses and overcome fears that might be holding ourselves back and preventing us from succeeding. I bought this book because the title intrigued me and I was not disappointed, I think is a must read, I highly recommended it.

7 Steps to a Stress Free Wedding
Joe is very innovative with the approach he takes of understanding the selling process. I have had over 20 years of sales experience and am finally starting to "get it" when it comes to this type of approach to sales. The big takeaway from Spiritual Selling is partnering with your customers to help them buy rather than "selling" them. (people never want to be sold but they love to buy). The world is full of negative people and they seem to find their way to sales more often than not. Learn from this book how to "go with the flow" and stay spiritual and you'll find success. Joe's own experience of going through 2 bancruptcies is an inspirational story in itself of fortitude and perseverance.

Spiritual Selling was a good investment. It's both inspiring and practical. After I finished my copy, I bought another for someone as a gift!

Absolutely loved this book! If you've been writing affirmations, doing your visualizations, chanting your mantras - and still have no results - this is the book for you. Joe explains how your stuck energy can be preventing you from manifesting your goals, be they in sales or other areas of your life. This book is a must read.

I'm a "transformational/energy healing work junkie". I also am a very passionate life coach and writer. In the past I have struggled with my business and my belief in myself and am on the verge of a huge break-through.

I've seen and done a lot of what's out there around selling since starting my own business. Spiritual Selling is about shifting your focus from that of trying to make a sale to one of sincerely caring about and desiring to serve others. I get it and believe that this is the ONLY way to live; Joe knows what he's talking about because he has lived through mucky times and he speaks with sincerity and love.

These principles work and they are proven. I heard Joe speak last week at an event in NYC and it completely rocked my world beyond belief. Not only does he have an extraordinary amount of sales expertise, he is passionate, funny, and very down-to-Earth. I've heard the message before from different people, but I really resonate with the way Joe presents these principles and way of living. I'm going through major transitions and transformations in my personal life, career and finances. Joe Nunziata is the real deal and our world is really in need of this kind of reality-check and change.

I have been referring Joe's work like crazy to everyone I know and they are so grateful for it. Joe Nunziata and his work are a divine gift. Don't walk, run to buy this book and tell all those you care about, about it as well.

Even though I am not in sales at the moment, Joe's book still made me reflect on my life. I think that what he wrote pretty much applies to anybody. It also made me wonder how my husband and I have affected our 7½ year old daughter, now that all of her chakras are developed! Wow! Out of the numerous self-help books I read, this was the first time I actually saw this perspective. This book is fantastic and I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants his/her life to flow.

This book has been an inspirational book for me..from the minute I turned the first page. I am in sales and just started with a new company in June of this year. It is all about building relationships, and yet selling is all a numbers game and making money.....

I like that we are told to follow a certain guideline/template to help us organize our days.

It's my number one book right now.
