I have been reading and studying about spiritual warfare for several years now. I have come across some great materials but this one is unique in its message and focus. With personal stories of deliverance through a God- centered, worship-driven approach to deliverance, it gives thought-provoking reasons why we shouldn't engage the battle as a fight. I think the best point he makes is about the strongman being bound. We go into our fight against the darkness with the victory in hand. A lot of these types of books either poo-poo really addressing spiritual warfare or give Satan too much focus in the process. This book is a must read for all striving to have a God-centered focus to deliverance ministry.

Dr. Chevreau has done us all a great favor by writing this marvelous book on spiritual warfare. It isn't about the devil, or even about the war itself - it is about who we are to be, how we are to live and thus how we are to fight. This book will open your eyes to see what the real issues are and how we should react in light of them. You will love Jesus more, and you will be better equipped to come out on the other end victorious and not a casualty!
