This review is from: Spiritual Weapons to Defeat the Enemy: Overcoming the Wiles, Devices & Deceptions of the Devil (Paperback)
Powerful book with a lot to say in a nutshell! This book is the "guts" of Renner's book "Dressed to Kill"; about the full armor of God. Lots of info on Gladiators, Roman Soldiers, Greek interpretation in a way that is easily understood, and application to every day life. Leaves you feeling very empowered and more aware of the wiles of the enemy. I liked this book and "Dressed to Kill" so much, that I went on to buy and read "Living in the Combat Zone". Wow. Such awesome enlightment that one can apply to every day life and an understanding of survival through daily struggles in life. Very powerful. I don't have much time to read, but I couldn't put these down!

This review is from: Spiritual Weapons to Defeat the Enemy: Overcoming the Wiles, Devices & Deceptions of the Devil (Paperback)
It is just a little 50 page book. The information it contains is very interesting, but it is far too brief and it left me hanging. I had to research another source to find out how the pieces of armor matched up with the various virtues they are supposed to represent. If you are going to spend the money, you may as well buy the lengthier version, "Dressed to Kill".
