This is a concise but excellent review of how and why clergy burn-out and the ways in which to keep them (us) spiritually healthy. Some hands-on suggestions follow the summary of the psychological factors. Great insights!

What a concentration of practical and helpful information! Hands and Fehr have written this insightful book about the issues that keep clergy from being intimate with God. When taken seriously, this book can be transformative. I plan to re-read it every year during Lent for the rest of my life.
