This Book should be called 'Spells for daily life.' I got a co- worker off my back in one day by using one of the spells in the book. The spells are simple, great, and they work!

All of Draja's books I have to highly recomend, although they are usually small books this one only having 108 pages, he does not get into the mumbo jumbo that huge tomes often do. These are just spells, pracrticed by hispanic americans, from traditions such as brujeria, santeria, and espiritismo.

The spells in the book are similar to Draja'a great work, Spiritual Cleansings, and goes hand in hand with that book, they are both a great addition to ones collection. The Spells here usually deal with protection and removing negative and harmful vibrations. Such spells as spells for ecenomic improvement, spells for dealing with work and employment, romance and marriage. Also spells used for protection from harmful people, and protection of ones home, and living situations. I have to highly recomend this book, as I would all of Draja's small but great jems.

It's such a joy to discover a new book by Mickaharic: he never lets his readers down. A most useful book! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend any material by this author. This author really knows the material and you can tell it came from years of practice.

Out of all the book by this author, I would have to say this is my most favorite of all. Not only is the information easy to understand, follow and put into practice -- the magical techniques are very practical! Anyone could obtain the spell ingreadiants the author prescribes in his book and put these spells to use. Draja offers a no-fluff approach that really works!

Just wanted to let you fellas' know that this book is very good for the spiritist who is set on the path and to the average man who are in dyeing need to get themselves out of the everyday stuggles in life. This book is a must if you have been in turmoil and have no other place or person to turn to. Plus the materials needed to work these spells are very few the spells are also simple and very economical to obtain.

An excellent do it yourself (DIY) resource book for any one who is desirous of solving his/her own spiritual challenges. Contains a good number of simple easy-to-do formulae for solving every day life problems. And what is better, it works! But also contains some formulae that can be easily abused and put to negative use by the spiritually immature and undisciplined. Draja Mickaharic is my hero any day.

I love all of Draja Mickaharic's books, though based on the title of this book I have assumed it to be intended for people who are professionally spiritually assisting others - however the book is intended for average people who may not have any magical training to help themselves with some simple spells, often using items they can purchase at the corner grocery store. The spells in this book are not to be confused with any kind of Wiccan rituals or with ceremonial magic, but rather with simple actions performed with a magical state of mind, more closely related to folk magic and hoodoo. You can use these spells regardless of your spiritual or religious denomination.

There are spells for protection, for improving your economic situation, obtaining employment, dealing with romance and marriage, dealing with obnoxious people, as well as using charms and amulets.

The book is small, but it has a variety of interesting techniques and stories.

Everything this author writes that I have read is right on the money. Buy this with complete confidence.

I was pleasantly surprised with this book. We need more books like the ones Mickaharic writes. I too love to haunt the botanicas of NYC, and this book is an honest tribute to all spiritual workers.

Not sure what this is good for. Spells are just so so. Would not consider this my best book.
