I bought this flower arrangment for my mom for Mother's day. The Tuesday AFTER Mother's day I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled! No reason was given. Of course, it is still listed as available on Amazon and IN STOCK! I can't find any other information about my order or why it might have been cancelled...

I mentioned above that this product was cancelled for no reason. Actually, after much investigation, I discovered that the problem was with Amazon, not Winning Gifts. Amazon decided that the delivery couldn't be made by Mother's Day and they cancelled my order before it even got to Winning Gifts! When I asked Amazon to explain, they claimed that my credit card declined the charge, which I verified wasn't true. When I presented the evidence from Amex to Amazon, they claimed that Winning Gifts cancelled the order, which wasn't true either! When I contacted Winning Gifts about my order, they apologized and ask what they could do to help. They shipped the flowers overnight and the whole transaction cost me less money. Problem Solved- the solution? Just don't involve Amazon. I'd like to change my rating to 5 stars for Winning Gifts, BTW, but Amazon won't let me change my rating :-)

My wife loved this bouquet. Very pretty, with lots of flowers. Lasted over 2 weeks. I really scored allot of points with this one!

These flowers were a gift for my mom for mother's day, and they were just terrific!! The lillies were beautiful, some open some buds....looks like they will last a long time.

This is a beautiful bouquet. The lilies are fresh, and most were still closed when the bouquet arived. They opened gradually, and lasted over 3 weeks! This was the best bouquet of flowers I was ever given!

Expedited Flowers were not undelivered on time to my friend who's birthday was on Sun, February 3, 2008. The expedited date is 2 to 4 days later. I am very unsatisfied.

Just horrible. Flowers arrived late and were dead, even thugh I'd paid $90 to have delivery expedited they didn't arrive for five days. And then they were dead.And then I found it impossible to complain -- couldn't find a phome number and amazon never responded to my emails.

Worst experience I've evr had with an amazo affliate.

I haven't seen the flowers yet, but I sent them to my mom for Mother's Day. She just called raving about the flowers--she really loves them! They got to her sooner than I hoped/thought (I ordered them on Monday and they arrived to her on Wednesday), but better sooner than later. She loves them! Thank you for making her Mother's Day a great day--early!

This is a great flower arrangement and will impress anybody receiving it. With proper watering and maintenance, the flowers will last two weeks or more. This is one of the top two arrangements I prefer as a gift.

The photo showed a nice Vase. It was not included. Delivery to the patient in her room was delayed nearly a week...despite an extra payment and charge... the flowers were dropped off at the Hospital front desk and were NOT delivered to the patient's room...not even to the Nurses station... Very tacky service.. The actual flowers were described by the recipient as nice but obviously they had to be several days less fresh after being delivered to the Hospital but NOT delivered to the patient....PLEASE DON'T WHINE THAT IT WAS THE HOSPITAL'S FAULT..
This is not the way we do things in Florida. Arrangements to get the flowers to the patient's room or nurses station would have been reasonable. If there is no intention to deliver to the patient's hospital room, you should say so... and you should not charge for it...
